List Guidelines

TO SUBSCRIBE

Start by sending an email to mutualfriends-subscribe@mutualfriends.org. Mutualfriends.org offers this e-mail distribution list to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered (GLBT) persons. All subscribers to the list will be invited to read and post information pertaining to social interests, inquiries and invitations. Our hope is that subscribers will have opportunities to meet new friends and enrich their social lives in a healthy, meaningful way. The mutualfriends.org eList has general guidelines which all members are required to follow in submitting messages to the list. Please read the complete guidelines before subscribing.

TO UNSUBSCRIBE

If you wish to unsubscribe, send an e-mail to:

mutualfriends-unsubscribe@mutualfriends.org

from the e-mail account where you are receiving our messages.

DIGEST VERSION

Our digest version of the list compiles all the articles for the day into a single e-mail message - drastically reducing your traffic. The message is sent in the early morning hours so that you have all the day's traffic when you sign on the next day.

  • To subscribe to our digest version start here with Step 1 of our subscription process.
  • To unsubscribe to the digest, just send e-mail to:

    NOTE: you will need to unsubscribe to the regular list by following the instructions above, or you will receive both the daily messages AND the digest version.

    POSTING MESSAGES

    Once you have become a member, to post to the entire newslist send e-mail to:

    mutualfriends@mutualfriends.org

    and your posted message will reach all 900+ members on the e-list.
